I am a family caregiver experienced helping with my elderly mom, and in the past with my grandma who had dementia. I have taught computer classes for seniors and the general adult population, and provided direct support with seniors with disabilities for several years. I have a degree in Education and am intelligent, fun, reliable and kind. I try to be present in all that I do, and being interactive and engaged with someone I'm supporting is very important to me. I can transfer, check vitals, household chores, exercise and am no slouch in the kitchen and can cater to dietary needs, help with pet care, errands, providing transportation, etc. I am First Aid/CPR trained and can provide a motor vehicle report and IVP fingerprint card.
