I have over 10 years of experience caring for people with special needs. I grew up with a mom who was diabetic and had a heart condition. I took care of her in her home until she passed. I administered her meds including insulin and pain meds. After that, I became a full time caregiver for other families. For four years I cared for a boy with encephalitis who had seizures and scored 9 out of 10 on the autism spectrum. I have cared for the elderly including a 99-year-old with dementia and macular degeneration. I recently cared for a man with late stage Alzheimer's. I have been certified in CPR several times and have had background checks done here on Care. I also have excellent references including three here on Care.
