About Jena

I am a patient, calm, and creative childcare provider with 6 years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development inspired me to become a caregiver. I have a associate degree in Education from BCTC, where I completed over 60 hours of in-classroom observation and hands-on work with children. This experience, combined with my natural friendliness and approachability, allows me to easily connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive. When communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue. I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, using the parents' preferred communication method. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and consistent environment for the children in my care.
