To interact and understand their own needs. Be intentional and fun in each day we are together. When I think back on my childhood, I keep going back to the time I did a nature camp. Where we were able to explore, and to express ourselves. Worked in childcare settings (ex. preschool, daycare, drop off daycare) in all age groups (primarily: infant, toddler and preschool). I know there are trade offs based off of each situation and how children adjust to new situations. I really want to be able to interact and get know your child. Through experience I know that each parent has they own unique way they connect with the child and hold their own values within their family. I really want to be able to connect not just with the child but to align with the values and ideals that parents hold for their kids. I enjoy interacting with kids, and also growing the relationship so that trust can be earned through positive experiences.
