About Jemima

Hi there! Thank you for allowing me to tell you about myself. My name is Jemima I'm the youngest of 2 girls and an auntie of 4. I'm originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo but I grew up in Colorado at the age of 7. I'm fluent in English and Swahili. I've always loved being around kids since I first became an auntie. I admire how kids look at life and know how to have fun. I'm very passionate about working with kids as well. I've worked at multiple aftercare. I've also babysat and nannied for multiple families from infants to 10 years old. I've babysat on care and other families that reach out to me. I am currently a paraprofessional at an elementary school so I have worked with kids on the spectrum as well. I am well-versed with kids. I am reliable, consistent, trustworthy, patient, organized, and compassionate. My friends would describe me as funny, caring, creative, and the caretaker of the group.
