My name is Jemima a certified home health aid with 15years experience in assisting seniors. in my precious role at assisting seniors I was able to accomplish my client mobility improvement by helping them to regain the ability to walk independently after surgery or illness, I help with reminding them to take their medication consistently ensuring a client takes her medication as prescribed, I also communicate effectively client needs to health care professionals and family members, also provided companionship and emotional support to clients experiencing isolation or grief, I make very good and healthy meals for my client and also implement safety measures to prevent falls or other accidents .
