I'm a math and physics tutor currently working towards a degree in mathematics and physics. With more than 10 years of tutoring experience, I can help almost anyone, from elementary students to calculus students to adults trying to jump back into algebra, gain confidence. I believe in doing more than just teaching rote memorization and dry abstract language; I prefer making the complex simple and understandable, and the abstract concrete, building everyday examples in plain English. My passion for learning and the sciences will be evident from the very first moment we meet, and I hope that that passion will rub off on whoever I have the pleasure of tutoring, whether they be kids first getting into math and science, or adults who've been burned by unaccommodating teachers and abstruse language.
