Jean was phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations. She responded quickly to my inquiry and subsequent communications with her. She came to my home for a meeting prior to caring for my special needs child and knew how to ask all the right questions. My daughter and I felt instantly at ease with Jean. Her nursing background, along with years of experience caring for those with special needs, made it possible to for me to leave for work each day knowing my child was in the best possible hands! She is knowledgeable- even offering me suggestions (respectfully) about struggles I was having with feeding, etc. She showed up on time EVERY DAY and was my rock. Jean is a true gem!! I can't wait to have her back again when my daughter needs care.
