Hello, my name is Jeannine and I am looking for a part time nanny position, Monday-Thursday. I will be available January 2025. I am a trustworthy, responsible, loving, patient, and nurturing caretaker. I have been a nanny for nine years, but I have worked with children for many years. I have four children of my own and worked as a Director of an after school daycare program. I love art, reading, and sports. I was a baseball and soccer coach when my children were young. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and up to date on all of my immunizations. I have a clean driving record and a good background check. I have recently been the nanny to my baby grandson for the last three years. He just turned three and is now attending pre school. I specialize in infant to kindergarten age children. I have been a postpartum doula in the past. I am looking to be part of a family.

I first met Jeannine through Blossom Birth in 2012 at a Meet the Doula event. I was immediately drawn to her warm and kind demeanor. After talking with her, my husband and I hired her to be our doula for the birth of our first child. We found her to be very informative and supportive as we got to know each other, with phone calls to check up on me as we waited for the big day. When I finally went into labor, she was an excellent help to us, both emotionally and physically getting us through a natural labor. She also had sweet details ready that were meaningful to us: a fleece blanket and hand knit hat for the baby, photos for us to remember the incredible first moments, and a gift basket for the nurses caring for us. I also really appreciated her post partum visit to us about a week after my son was born. She was so nurturing, gentle, and empathetic- rejoicing with us in the joy of our new life and also understanding and offered helpful tips for our transition into parenting. I am so grateful she was part of my son's birth story!
