I hired Jeannie to help with an event I was hosting for my family. She contacted me the day before our event, claiming that it would be too much of a long drive. Even though my communications to her listed the location of where the event would be (so she would adequately be aware of that beforehand), she said it would be an issue and cancelled the day before. This was very unprofessional as I was relying on her services. The way that she handled her communications was very unprofessional as well.
