My calm and friendly demeanor creates a safe space for children to learn, play, and grow. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls. I prioritize following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring a consistent and respectful environment for the child. My approach to playtime is varied and engaging. I love getting outdoors for sports and physical games, or staying indoors for board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and cognitive development. I am more than happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
