Jeannette is able to tune in to my mom’s distress and has a desire to alleviate it. She has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. My mother isn’t able to communicate through the traditional means of speaking and writing, so we needed a caregiver that communicates mom’s care and updates to mom’s condition. Jeannette displays a high level of social skills and established rapport, built trust and otherwise nurtured a strong, open relationship with our mother and family. When it comes to managing her time and making sure that everything gets done in a shift, there’s no one like her. As such, she is able to prioritize tasks, work efficiently and avoid getting bogged down in overly time-consuming duties when time is short. Jeannette helps out with light housekeeping during her visits, such as doing laundry or mopping. I appreciate her high standard regarding to personal hygiene when bathing and dressing my mom. We couldn’t have found a better personal helper for our mother, than Jeannette.
