About Jeanne

I'd describe my personality as fun, caring and nurturing. I like working with kids because it's rewarding. I've raised 3, well rounded girls in a 27 year time frame. I have 3 grands now too. Motherhood has really been my true calling. I'm looking for a job that I can help parents by taking over when they can't be present. I can care for their child in many ways. I'm as much as a teacher as I am a caregiver. I can also help around the house and cook. I was a stay at home mom/housewife/homemaker for many years. I started working with kids when I was 12. I became certified after taking a babysitting course through Girl Scouts.. In my spare time, I like to read, bike, workout, dance, go to the beach but most of all, spend time with my husband and my girls. One thing you should know about me is, I'm a talker! I'm a great listener as equally though. My skills include being able to calm babies to sleep. Feeding and burping, Bathing and dressing. Potty training. Teaching hygeine.
