Jean has been great. I hired her on short notice to help clean my disabled brother's apartment and help his special needs daughter with socialization and some behavioral issues. Unlike other applicants, Jean asked lots of smart background questions, so she was well prepared before she arrived. Both my brother and niece like her and are very happy with her work. So much so, my brother has hired her to care for him after his upcoming major surgery. Jean is very reliable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for any caregiving or light housekeeping job.
