Experience with ASD and other intellectual disabilities Using applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy one on one for those who have ASD (autism spectrum disorder) Implemented behavioral plans under BCBA supervision Experience with challenging behaviors Provide knowledge of life skills and school readiness Collecting/adding data through online data sheets created by BCBAs Observing all behaviors and seek interventions for developmental challenges Provide written and verbal feedback to BCBAs and parent's I also have knowledge of using AAC devices (augmentative alternative communication) as well as PECS (picture exchange communication system) for those who are non verbal /have difficulty using functional communication
