Jazz was a favorite caregiver for my wife who has both physical and cognitive deficits. Our experience is that the single most important factor in a care-giving relationship is developing a positive interpersonal relationship between caregiver and client. Jazz excelled in that area - she is pleasant company and my wife looked forward to seeing her and relaxing as well as taking care of personal and household care chores. Jazz is more experienced than her youth would suggest - she is good at the business and technical aspects of care-giving as well as the social ones.
