My passion for caring for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for creating a nurturing environment and fostering their development. I am a patient and calm individual, with a friendly and approachable nature that puts children at ease. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring they are fully informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal at pickup or through other means. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. Im also the lead childcare manager at a gym so I know how to multitask and have much patients. I love the outdoors, playing games and making crafts.
