Born and raised in Kansas City. I graduated from Avila University with a bachelor's of science degree in Wellness Health. Throughout my college experience I worked with several after and before school programs. After dedicating some time working in a hospital for about 2 years. I decided to work with kids full time. I had several families, many I'm still connected with and help assist on random days/nights. I am currently a medical assistant. I am CPR certified, and have experience with working with children ages 0-15 years old. As a part of my job I have experience with creating crafts, games( card games, mancala, speed, connect 4, etc) physical activity, helping with homework, meal prep, transportation and overnight care. I am a person that have patience, responsible, loving, caring, determine, and playful. My three biggest goals is to have great communication, be transparent, and be flexible with my families. Jaysha was a GODSEND to our family! I was left without childcare unexpectedly and had no idea what my next step would be. I found Jaysha.... and all of a sudden a weight was lifted off my shoulders! She is so good with my boys and the little one who doesn't like " anybody" took to her immediately. She has been communicating with updates constantly, she goes through ABS and 123s and makes sure my oldest stays on task. She is absolutely dependable and reliable. I love that she has been through nursing because it makes me feel more comfortable that if something happens she would know what to do. Jaysha is someone I could see being a part of our family for years to come!
