Hi, I am Jaysha P. I've been doing child care/ elder care for 7years now. What I learned the most throughout my experience is that every child is different and every family needs a village to raise a child. Working with several families over these years have taught me to be responsible, dependable, supportive, flexible and have transparency with my communication. The reason I love working with kids because I because I know I want to apart of a community that works together to create an amazing generation that will continue to grow and thrive. This is why it's my passion to help several families and spread the love, joy and positivity to each and every child I interact with. Plus I've notice that kids will definitely appreciate the ones who are supportive and caring for them. Remember they're humans as well just a little bit smaller than adults. Jaysha was a GODSEND to our family! I was left without childcare unexpectedly and had no idea what my next step would be. I found Jaysha.... and all of a sudden a weight was lifted off my shoulders! She is so good with my boys and the little one who doesn't like " anybody" took to her immediately. She has been communicating with updates constantly, she goes through ABS and 123s and makes sure my oldest stays on task. She is absolutely dependable and reliable. I love that she has been through nursing because it makes me feel more comfortable that if something happens she would know what to do. Jaysha is someone I could see being a part of our family for years to come!
