About Jayla

I'd describe my personality as Energetic, assertive, outgoing. I like working with kids because I love their enthusiasm and creativity skills. I love watching how their minds adapt to everyday life and it's a very rewarding experience to watch them evolve! I'm looking for a job that teaches, motivates, and supports me as an individual. I'm also looking for a job that offers a positive work environment! I started working with kids when I was about 18 years of age. Although, I started working with children consistently about 3-4 years ago. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, watch sports, play video games, eat snacks, and take daily drives. I also love museums, exploring, art, music, and cooking. One thing you should know about me is I'm a very knowledgeable person. I'm also very intuitive, I tend to know things before they happen. My skills include patience, compassion, and active listening. Children tend to trust adults more when we take the time to listen to them!
