I hired Jayla for an on-going mother's helper role with my two boys (1 and 2 years old) due in large part to her excellent communication, her experience with multiple children and her pursuit of a career with children (this shows she has a passion for children, which is important for a caregiver I am looking to hire). Hiring her sight unseen, was a risk, but thankfully Jayla superseded my expectations - she is kind, nurturing and creative with my boys and goes above and beyond to help me manage my two little toddlers.
