Hi, I'm Jayden and as someone who has been around individuals with disabilities whether they be physical or mental all my life, caring for and treating them with kindness and respect like you would give to any other person is what I strive for. I don't want to only accommodate their needs and take care of them, I want to ensure that they have a good experience too and feel as though they got to make a genuine connection with someone.
