About Jason

I have been an elementary educator (grades 2, 3, 4, and 5--students aged seven through 12) of children with special needs (learning/behavioral disabilities, Autism, ADD) for 12 years in the School District. I have a Master's Degree in Psychology, and teaching certificates in Grades K-12 Exceptional Education, K-5 Elementary Education, and Grades 6-12 Social Science. I am both ESOL (English as a Second Language) and Reading Endorsed by the State of Florida. I have taught Moonshot Literacy camps and Summer School Science camps, as well as various reading and math camps for all elementary grades 2-5 (ages seven through 12). I provide methods and strategies for students to bridge the gap between where they are, at their instructional level, and where they need to be. I deliver intensive, specialized instruction through research-based scaffolding and differentiation techniques designed to help students achieve and grow confidence in their learning.
