I been doing healthcare for at least 20 yrs, had a cna license at one point but is not valid anymore, after many years I decided to attend nursing school, finished my program but took a job right after nursing school and never took my boards exam but all of that acknowledge and training I received has really helped me. The longest I have work for a family has been almost 12 yrs as a live in caregiver. I have work for teens, adults, and seniors. I'd describe my personality as attentive, responsible, respectful I like caring for seniors because I want to be their advocate and help them with anything they need I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and lets me use my training while helping them. it's been about 20 yrs since I started working as a cna, then went to school for nursing. Jason is an extraordinary caregiver. He was able to create and maintain rapport throughout the care for my loved one as he slowly declined due to dementia. Jason always went the extra mile. He cooked healthy meals, shopped, helped with pet care, accompanied my loved one to the hospital, stayed with him there, safely drove him to appointments and outings, kept the house tidy and worked well with all providers. He communicates effectively regarding all medical issues and is proactive in solving challenges that arise. Anyone would be lucky to have Jason care for them.
