As a caregiver, my passion for caring for children stems from my rewarding experiences in previous babysitting roles. I am motivated by the desire to positively impact their lives by fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. My calm and patient demeanor, combined with my creativity, makes me an ideal caregiver. When it comes to communication, I believe in open and transparent dialogue with parents. I provide regular updates, either verbally during pickup or through texts or phone calls, depending on their preference. I prioritize their involvement in their child's care and follow their lead in enforcing household rules. To ensure a well-rounded experience for the children in my care, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them. From educational games that enhance learning to technology-based games and apps, I adapt my approach to their interests and developmental needs.
