I've worked for several families through Care since 2015. At this time, I prefer families who are offering long-term + full-time(no less than 30hrs) positions. As a professional, my positions have to be paid legally with applicable overtime through an I-9/W-4( per IRS requirements). I also prefer to work with families that provide standard nanny benefits. What you can expect having me as your child's nanny: - Weekly crafts; so you have proof of your baby Picasso. - Planned developmentally appropriate activities. - Outside activities including COVID safe outings. - Messy play; don't worry we cleanup. - A respectful environment where your child is taught and given the same courtesy. - Daily communication, in picture form. - Childcare related cleaning and tasks to give you more time as a family. - And above all else, a nanny who will protect, guide and nurture your growing little one.
