Jasmine is superb, we hired her to care for my elderly mother during the day. What I appreciated is her ability to get to know about my mother, who she was, what were her needs and create a very solid routine to for consistent care. Jasmine is very energetic and has the ability to provide the one on one care in a personable manner and also changing direction to complete the daily and weekly tasks to ensure the environment was clean for my mother. I appreciated that Jasmine really saw value in my mother, she wasn't just there to pick up a paycheck, but took time to learn about my mother, engage in activities such as board games, take my mother to her outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air and bird watch, pick fresh flowers from the yard to brighten up the house. Jasmine's responsibilities included: * ensuring consistent bathing, * taking my mother to her appointments and reporting back meaningful information to us, * ensuring the environment was clean to include the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms and main living areas free of dirt. * ensured my mother's laundry and bedding stayed neat and clean * include encourage / remind my mother of healthful exercising * Prepare and serve meals for the day time and she included creating an evening meal (for after she left her shift) I appreciated that as my mother aged and changed Jasmine suggested and implemented adjustments. My mother passed away recently and I appreciate that Jasmine was in her life keep her cared for and safe. Jasmine is consistent and reliable, trustworthy, kind, a diligent caregiver and very intelligent in her work.
