Hi! I'm 19. I have school and work 3-5 days a week. I can be very flexible outside of that and can communicate my schedule privately. I have my own transportation, however it is a small coupe so transporting children isn't ideal as car seats can be troublesome. I have always loved children, growing up I helped with my siblings and volunteered at Daycare. I have a year of (paid) experience babysitting others and many years of watching my younger siblings/family friends. I think that being calm and patient is necessary when being responsible for children. I pride myself on being approachable and friendly, making it easy for kids to feel comfortable in my care. I am very transparent and responsive. I regularly update parents on their child's day, either at the end or through text/phone calls, depending on the parents' preference.
