I'd describe my personality as zealous, optimistic, patient, & compassionate. I started working with kids when I was 9 years old. I have worked with children age 5 weeks to 12+ for about 20 years. I have my degree in Psychology with one of my focuses on child development. I previously left a private school as an infant teacher for almost 3 years. I wrote my own curriculum for infants teaching them Cognitive, Social Emotional, Physical, Language, and Art through play that fits the child's needs and development. I was a nominee for Teacher of the Year in the Midwest Region for my company this past year. I'm CPR certified, drive my own car, mental health first aid certified, & fully vaccinated. In my spare time, I like to meditate, run outside before dawn, yoga, play video games, spend time with my family, and my dog.

Jasmine is our current nanny and has been with my son since he was 5 months old (he is now almost 1yr.). I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have met Jasmine through this site. Her 3 yrs of lead teaching experience at Goddard, combined with her genuine love for children has made her the best nanny anyone could ask for. As a first time mom, Jasmine has taught me so much about infants and toddlers. She has made helpful recommendations around his food, teething, play activities, etc.. She is so loving and I completely trust her in my home. Each day Jasmine tries to think of new activities for my son (ie: arts & crafts, looking up events at our local library, new parks & swings, crawling obstacle courses in our basement, etc.). Our son lights up when she walks through the door - what more can you ask for! Lastly, I'll add we have a very difficult dog to deal with that isn't always friendly with strangers. Jasmine has shown extreme patience with him and has even brought homemade treats to win him over. I am now due with my second child and I feel so lucky knowing I have Jasmine to help care for our family. She is truly a blessing to our home!
