About Jasmine

I'm a passionate childcare provider with a passion for helping kids grow & thrive! My journey started with my grandma's daycare, where I learned the ropes of caring for children. Since then, I've cared for children in my neighborhood, looked after my younger siblings, and worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute with children with disabilities. When I'm not with the kids, I'm working full-time in human resources, which means helping others is what I do best! I'm patient, calm, & love being creative! I believe in keeping parents in the loop with open communication and always follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns. Adapting to household rules and keeping kids safe is always my top priority. With a college degree in psychology, I have a solid understanding of child development, allowing me to provide well-rounded care. I'm fluent in English, and I'm dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where kids can learn, grow, and have a blast!
