Hi, I absolutely love kids! I was previously an assistant teacher and volunteer at Special Care Daycare in Oklahoma City for about a year. During this time, I organized activities (both outside and inside), prepared meals, and watched both typically developing and special needs children from the ages of 7 months to 14 years old. I also changed diapers and assisted in administering medication. I attained a Certification in administering medication during this time as well. I have also worked at the daycare within First Presbyterian Church here in Stillwater. I am currently studying Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University with a focus on Speech Pathology to help stroke patients and disabled children. We interviewed Jasmine via phone, and she was great! She was flexible with setting up the interview, prompt and communicative, and well spoken on the phone. She was positive and receptive. I would have easily pursued an in-person interview, but the stars didn't align for us!
