Jasmine did a no call no show and left her C-4 quadriplegic client uncovered for a 60-hr weekend shift. We called her, text her and even sent emails and she did not answer or respond to any communications. She seemed very sweet and professional. We were very shocked and disappointed when she did not show up for her scheduled shift. Jasmine left the whole team scrambling to cover her shifts.
