I have been nannying/babysitting for years and also had experience in child care at a health care facility. Some specific responsibilities I have had in childcare: -Accountable for the care and management of 13 children under the age of 13 yrs old. -Maintarbeing prompt, reliable & dependable. -Maintaining an environment conducive to early year s development, loving care and well-being of the child/children in my charge. -Duties included the strict adherence to health and safety procedures and stringent hygiene legislation, observing and following set guidelines. Teaching the children hygiene skills such as bathing, using the toilet and introducing hand washing on completion. -Preparation of bottle feeds/food items and observing dietary requirements for each child. -Introducing story telling and games to promote physical and mental development, completing daily behavioral reports, liaison with parents, going out for walk and play activities.
