Hello my name is Jarrid I've been babysitting since I was 10 and have had kids of all ages. I'm the oldest of 3 boys and have always taken care of family and friends kids. I've spent the last 6 years as a snowboard, ski, rock climbing, and challenge course instructor. I've done programming for kids of all ages in risk management, providing and teaching the benefits of giving kids enough freedom to make mistakes while still prioritizing safety. As a babysitter/ Nanny I incorporate this as well as focusing on important milestones for development, having fun, and working as a team. I want to be able to give the child what they need and also align with the parenting goals and styles the family has.

Jarrid was unreliable for us. We have a kiddo that is autistic and takes time to build trust with a new sitter. We arranged with Jarrid to meet our kiddo with us around for two hours and they connected well. Jarrid agreed to sit for us pending a check of his references. The day before we scheduled sitting with Jarrid, he texted to say that his plans had changed and he would not be able to help us. This left us in a last minute tough position. We need a sitter that understands commitment and that was not our experience with Jarrid.
