I hired Joseph as my virtual assistant - and he was great at managing my meetings, emails, appointments, and random odd and end jobs like take care of my cat when I was out of town. I had worked with virtual assistants before but they were always based overseas - and having Joseph in charge of all my tasks really leveled up everything since he is very good at English as well as on the US time zones!
