About Jaqulynn

I'd describe my personality as personable, dedicated, and passionate. I like working with kids because they help us re-remember how and who we inherently are and are supposed to be. I'm looking for a job that is comfortable with me bringing my 2-year-old to work. This is ideal for me, but not a requirement. I started working with kids when I was 9 (family), and I taught ballet to children between the ages of 2 and 10 when I was 15. I began nannying when I was 19. I am now a birth/postpartum doula, a lactation consultant, childbirth educator, and a yoga instructor, and am currently a midwifery student. In my spare time, I like to study medicine and the human body, practice yoga, hike, do art, and adventure with my kiddos (ages 10 and 2). A fun fact about me is that I was once part of a circus! My interpersonal skills include -being mindful -good at making people feel seen/heard/understood -helping people listen to their own intuition
