I am a Medical Doctor who has just graduated. I am currently studying for my license examinations, while waiting to apply for residency. I am looking for a part time job to help pay for my student loans and daily expenditures to relieve some stress from my family. In the past I have been given the responsibility of occupying and overseeing houses to maintain order and security of the property and conduct necessary business transactions during temporary absence of the owner, renter, or other occupant. I have monitored entrances to properties and secured locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. I can answer telephone calls, doorbells, take messages, and forward information to the employer as requested. I can also file mail.
