Janiyah in the beginning seemed very supportive and determined to do the job. However I quickly realized that she was doing the job for money not passion. Janiyah came to my house with a crop top on showing her stomach which to me was inappropriate. Additionally , my daughter did not settle with her not once . She used all my pampers and I found feces or food still on my daughter diaper. I was sad and very upset . She used all her diapers to still have a a dirty diaper . I will not hire her
