Niya has a sweet, gentle soul and bonds well with babies. She knows how to safely care for an infant, how to create a feeling of safety and attachment, and how to engage in meaningful, creative play which helps a baby move forward in their milestones. Niya comes up with interesting ideas for activities even with a young infant who does not have very many skills yet. She also puts a lot of energy into her professional development goals as a nanny. Niya genuinely loved my child in every way and I am grateful for the time she spent with us and for the social and emotional impact she made on my child.
