I would highly recommend Janith as a nanny. It’s apparent that Janith truly cares for our child. She adapts how she structures time with him based his needs, our schedule, and other factors like weather. She makes him always feel safe. He has grown very attached, and often asks if “Janith is coming too,” or exclaims “Janith!” with excitement when she arrives. I work from home most of the week, so I see how she cares for him and keeps him on a predictable schedule. The only reason we are letting her go is because we’re moving to a different city. Otherwise, we’d have wanted to keep her around as long as she was willing. Janith is a highly responsible professional. She has great instincts. When she has our child, I do not worry. She’s a great communicator and will keep us posted about anything we want updates on, for example. She has also been very flexible, which has been immensely helpful when the unexpected arises.
