My journey began with babysitting, where I realized the positive impact I could have on young lives. I believe in fostering a calm, patient, and structured environment for children to thrive. Open communication with parents is essential, and I adapt to their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts and phone calls. With a college degree and training in Early Childhood Education and First Aid, I'm well-equipped to handle any situation. My ECE coursework has deepened my understanding of child development, and I incorporate educational games and activities into playtime. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, infants to teenagers, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish.
