We hired Janikcia to work 2x/week and paid her $20/hr which is way more than her minimum rate of $14/hr. The first day she was supposed to start she wanted to quite because I gave her the instructions what needs to be done and she said it was a lot of work. I asked her nicely to come to work to try as I didn’t have anybody else and the instructions were there to help her. We said we would increase her rate in a couple of months when she starts full time, of course if she earns it and she requested the rate increase after a month of working 2x a week which we of course didn’t approve. She talked all day long on the phone, she didn’t follow the instructions, she complained about the work all the time, and she was always coming up with excuses not to come to work. She was constantly asking when she would start full time, and as soon as she started she failed. The second day she was supposed to do the full time she didn’t want to come to work and she messaged me in the morning of that day to let me know. Very unreliable, unresponsive, rude, unprofessional, and ungrateful. We are beyond disappointed. We had to let her go. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
