Janice worked as a full time nanny for our family for approximately 4-5 years, starting when our twin girls were 3.5 and our son was 1.5. I admit that I was apprehensive to hire a stranger from Care.com for in home child care. I recall originally being drawn to Janice's profile because she also raised three kids close in age, including twin girls. After a disappointing experience with a family friend/nanny, I was looking for someone to handle more roles in the home in addition to childcare...things like laundry, light housekeeping, and cooking. Janice assured us that she could handle it all- and she did not disappoint! Truly, Janice was a gift to our family, and just what two full time working parents with young kids needed. Not only was she amazing with my kids, I always came home to a tidy house and dinner ready. Janice became more of a family member and I am so fortunate to still call her a friend today!
