I am patient, possess the ability to remain calm In distress, and am very attentive to each and every need of my patients. I'm a problem solver and critical thinker. I'm familiar and experienced with almost every medical apparatus including but not limited to stand up and hoyerlifts, trache care and colostomy care etc. I am also proficient in electronic medical recording EMR. By nature I am a gentle and very kind hearted person, and I'm often told about how warm, loving and very compassionate I am. My goal is to assist with adls and provide utmost reliability to those under my care; to ensure safety and to treat them with dignity, love and the respect that they deserve. That to me is truly gratification worthy in itself.

Janice is how very sweet honest and god fearing nurse who is hard working and still growing. She comes in on time fulfills her responsibilities while being kind and gracious doing it. My father is an extremely complicated patient and he has never said nice things about any of our caregivers before. He raves about Janice and made her promise that she will still stop by to visit even after she finishes her RN. She will always be welcome in our family.
