About Janice

Hi there! My name is Janice. I moved to D. C. in 2021 for grad school and am now looking for childcare roles in the area. Before going back to school, I was a certified third-grade general education teacher in the state of Hawaii. I am well experienced in childcare, having been involved in some capacity throughout my life. I love working with kids and have a passion for doing so. I am experienced and comfortable with children of all ages and have experience as a professional educator through sixth grade. I can help with homework or projects as necessary. My big loves in teaching are STEM and art, and I love doing projects with the children I work with. In addition, I like to get kids up and moving outside as much as possible.
