Janice is a great caregiver, and excellent communication skills. She has a warm, sincere, caring, and positive personality that can relax any tense moment. She had helped me care for my mother, whom surfers from Alzheimer's and a complex medical condition. She's trustworthy, thorough, reliable, patient and professionally very good on updating families. I would rehire her if needs arises, and I will recommend her to anyone who may be in need of a good listener.
