I truly enjoyed my daily office functions which included reaching out to each patient to provide the best possible care and service. To listen and show that I cared about the patient's individual medical needs while striving for a professional atmosphere showing empathy, compassion and privacy. Many times I wished to be on the opposite side of the desk being the care giver for our patients. So many seniors, who lived alone, came in and could really use help. It was sad to witness.
