Ms. Janice C. has been taking care of our children, who are now aged 7 and 13 years old for the past 2 years. She has been here every school day we needed her and many days during the school holidays and breaks. She is very calm and tries to stay positive when things go wrong. Our daughter is known to throw tantrums for homework, but she calmly soothes her with an interesting activity or game. Janice is also very prompt at coming during the time she is supposed to. During this 2-year period, she has never been late to pick my daughter up from school or come to our house during school breaks. She prepares meals from your command, like pasta and quesadillas, when the children get home from school. She also helps around the house a bit by rinsing some dishes. During the school holidays and breaks, she takes the kids out somewhere that is fun and enjoyable for them. Some of these places include the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Discover Cube Los Angeles, and the Edwards Calabasas 6 Movie Theatre. She cares more about the kids than the money. She buys them food when they're hungry and doesn't even ask for any form of compensation. The only reason we are discontinuing her services is because my parents are here to watch the children for a few months, and we don't feel that it is fair to bind her to this commitment for that long without using her services.
