During university, I worked as a personal assistant and nanny for two Dallas families. After graduating, I joined an established restaurant group and spent a year and a half traveling around the country assisting executive general managers in some of the busiest restaurants in our corporation. I am an avid amateur baker with experience working as a pastry cook and baker in professional kitchens. I read and understand Spanish. My two greatest passions are yoga and finding the perfect cup of coffee.
