Janice worked taking care of my mom, she was always very good with mom but then began calling in often. Had 20 call ins over several months. Then it got where she was no call/no show and would not answer my calls or texts until later that night, like 9 pm and respond with "I forgot, I have a lot going on". Honestly, who forgets to call in to their job. Her last "no show" I told her she was fired and she replied at 9:40 that night with "I decided to quit". Dependability is not her strong suit.
