Janet is extremely patient with an easy disposition. She is quite flexible and always works additional hours when needed. When asked, Janet will take on more responsibilities around the home whether it's doing Dad's wash, cleaning up his room, running the vac, going that extra mile. Dad & Janet go out weekly to dine and she is open to going places that he prefers to eat at. Every time I've requested extra hours Janet is eager to stay late or come an extra day! When weather permits, she will take Dad out on little excursions that he enjoys from going to the park to feed the ducks and get some fresh air to walking the local mall to see the sites. Janet goes above and beyond but most of all my Father really likes her sweet personality!
